  • Description: Our heated facility in the heart of Abbotsford is ready and equipped for you. Staff and instructors are friendly, welcoming, and teach a variety of classes including yoga, stretch, barre, Pilates fusion, box fusion and more! We encourage everyone to experiment and find the classes they enjoy best. When booking classes, it is recommended to use the Mindbody App as you will have access to more information including position on waitlists. The schedule is available to book 14 days in advance. Spots fill up fast however do not let the waitlists discourage you as things are always changing in peoples schedules. The waitlist freezes at 4 hours to class start time when the late cancel window closes. You will get an email when you are bumped into class with > 4 hours to start time. Please note that we have a $15 + tax Late Cancel fee and a $20 + tax No Show Fee. If you have saved yourself a spot for a class and cannot make it you need to cancel within the policy to avoid being charged a fee. We are back up to full capacity to feel free to take back to back classes!

  • Opinion: I had signed up for the 2 week unlimited trail and loved the variety of classes. Definitely a great motivator to get a mix of different work outs in. I also love the flow classes too. After the 2 week trail I signed up for the 1 Month ulimited. Alisha is amazing and Jan was very friendly and can definitely push you to your limits! Love going to the burn and firm classes! Definitely recommend to all!

We feel welcomed and the workouts leave us feeling stronger and more stable in our everyday lives. Definitely worth a membership!
