  • Opinion: The Pilates experience with Dima is wonderful from start to finish for each session! Dima is a knowledgeable and caring instructor, who greets clients with contagious energy and enthusiasm. Sessions begin with a quick assessment of “How is your body feeling today” and Dima adapts the workout with an awareness of any physical limitations, while keeping the workouts varied, interesting and challenging, not to mention fun! The studio space is clean and welcoming, and Dima is punctual and respectful of her clients’ time. If you love a good stretch (who doesn’t) I would also highly recommend the FST as well as the Pilates!

  • Opinion: I have been a member of Women’s Fitness Ajax location for 5+ years and I love this location. Starting from front staff Saida & all the other girls are very welcoming and respectful. I appreciate the hard work Marleen does to make this place super clean. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the classes at the gym so much fun and instructors are excellent. I feel safe coming to the gym nobody judges you. Last but not the least Deb is outstanding accommodating membership when my schedule changes she always respect and recommends better options. Thank you and keep up the good work.

  • Opinion: I joined this gym about two weeks ago and cannot express how amazing it is. From the workout structure, to the coaches, to the supportive community, it really is the best gym I’ve found in a long time. I tried a few other crossfit gyms and didn’t enjoy the atmosphere but this place made me love crossfit! This place has become my second home. If you are unsure about crossfit, i highly recommend trying this gym. They even have separate gymnastics classes which i love! The owners are so genuine and you can tell they truly love what they do.

I get exactly what I need every time I leave; be it a good workout or a deep stretch. Clean, spacious and inviting room. All around one of the best places I’ve been to.
