  • Opinion: I started private sessions at Bee Studio almost a year ago to help me deal with back pain and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Pilates has made me stronger and I don’t suffer the pain I used to with running, weight lifting and cycling. I was only going to do a few private lessons but now I can’t see myself ever stopping, Pilates is now part of my life. The instructor Bee is amazing, the studio has a great feel, everyone is so positive and supportive. Thank you Bee Studio for showing me how amazing Pilates is!
