  • Opinion: I’m about seven weeks into the program and I’m very pleased with results for far in terms of strength and energy. The atmosphere strikes a good balance between being friendly and serious, which is important for staying motivated and maintaining accountability. I was impressed with a scientific method of training and with incredible attention of Chantal to my every move. She watches you and is ready to intervene at any moment when your move is uncertain. Overall, the staff there are great! They push your performance to the limits yet at the same time you feel safe. I wish I had done this years ago.

  • Opinion: I love all the Idolems! I have been following their classes for several years, in several studios and they are always perfect! The yoga teachers each have their own style but are always welcoming and professional, with challenging and interesting routines and are available after class to answer questions and receive feedback! There is also a nice variety of classes, from the most calm/zen (like yin) to the most difficult and active (like the Flow and Power classes). In the summer, some studios offer Sup-yoga on a board and throughout the year, there are interesting workshops to deepen the technique. I love that almost every course is warm; I go deeper into my postures and as soon as I enter the room, the heat instantly relaxes me! At first I found it to be really expensive, but with the benefits of the hot room, the choice of interesting classes, access to all the studios (there are several on the South Shore, Montreal, North Shore ) and the magnificent teachers, I find it really worth it, in my experience!
