Denise is so knowledgable and compassionate and she takes the time to support all of her teachers in training during the program and beyond, making herself available whenever we need her. As someone who has taken the 200h Teacher Training with Atlas Yoga School, I highly recommend taking any of the trainings Denise offers – whether it be a specialty course, or any of the levels of teacher trainings if that is what you are looking for. She was instrumental in building my confidence by giving me activities that were within my physical limitations, and always acknowledging what I was doing well. She made me believe I COULD become fit, and patiently worked with me to progressively increase my activity levels without ever making me feel inadequate or overwhelmed.
