Even though we were all at varying levels of flexibility due to age and past injuries, Danielle was able to address each personโ€™s issues with compassion, but mostly through her extensive training and knowledge. Learning how to breath properly while attempting many different positions was challenging, but over time, and through home work, very beneficial. I am honoured to call her my friend and so proud of her major accomplishments through her very successful business! She is a wealth of knowledge, but to me, it is her ability to connect with each person to address not only the physical needs, but she is also able to understand you mentally and spiritually.

His personalized approach made each workout both effective and enjoyable. Regrettably, the only drawback for me was the location, as it proved to be quite far from my home.
