  • Opinion: I highly recommend this studio if you are thinking of trying out Pilates, it’s fun and the reformers give you a great workout! I found this Pilates studio when I was looking to get back into moving my body after experiencing some neurological issues. Amelia worked with me individually and was very patient and tailored all the exercises to suit my current ability. Her ballet background really shines through as she makes sure that your technique and alignment are correct for each exercise. I attribute the strength and balance I have today from our work together. I started with in person classes and have had different instructors, all were wonderful. If you can’t see Amelia then I really enjoyed working with Kim. I now do virtual classes because I moved away but I couldn’t give up my regular training routine!

  • Opinion: I went into Kaizen 3 months ago for one on one Pilates classes with zero experience. Katherine is my primary instructor and she’s been fantastic! She is patient and really helped prepare me for the group classes and now I’m addicted. I’ve also been to one of Kim’s classes and she is just as great. Despite the group environment, instructors are still very attentive and hands on with each person. The front desk ladies are also very sweet. Love coming to Kaizen!
