• Opinion: My Pilates classes with Willow are amazing – the hour goes by so quickly!! What makes Willow stand out from other instructors is that she carefully coaches you every step of the way on the Reformer to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and to minimize the chance of injury. Highly recommend this studio for Pilates beginners like myself.

• Opinion: I’ve been doing pilates with Amy at Pilates Life for about 3 years now, and I’m loving being in the new studio with her! It’s a beautiful space, nice new equipment and Amy’s classes are fantastic as always! She is a lovely, caring person and she works us hard! She’s always very attentive to each client’s individual needs even in a group class. I sit at a desk all day and since starting pilates with Amy my core strength and posture have improved immensely! Highly, highly recommend Pilates Life Studio!!!

• Opinion:I was very impressed how pilates instructors at evergreen are experienced and knowlegeable with sports injuries and exercises needed for those cases. I have been suffering with extreme back pain for a long time from golf, and I already can see the difference with my back after few sessions. I also love how the studio is fully equipped and clean. Highly recommend!!

• Opinion: I joined Pilates Collective in June and it has transformed my mind, body, and life. Like most people I lost touch with my physical health when COVID hit. I gained a few pounds and lost a lot of energy. After practicing at the Collective I feel energized and inspired to work on my health in many different ways. I’m generally more active in my day to day life. The instructors are great! They are super patient and willing to work with all different skill levels. It’s a safe place to heal your body. If you needed a sign to try pilates, this is it!!!
