  • Opinion: Andrea is a blessing in my life! Her kindness, passion and love for what she does and how she cares for her clients is pure and authentic. I have been doing Pilates Reformer for 3 months and I feel noticeably stronger and taller. Andrea is very attentive and provides me with modifications to exercises as needed. Her studio is a very clean and equipment well maintained. I love going to her classes and always leave with a smile on my face.

  • Opinion: Sandra and her team of friendly and energetic trainers keep you motivated! I love going to Kinetic mainly for spin but they offer a lot of other fitness classes which are fun too. It is a great environment all around from when you enter the doors they greet you with a smile and take care of you! I love getting a locked locker and everything I need to do a spin class and the place is always spotlessly clean! Great business and awesome workouts. Lethbridge is so lucky to have such a top notch facility, thank you Kinetic!!
