Opinion: I’ve been going to the gym and weight training for years now, but never really loved it. I would go because I “needed” to, not for enjoyment. But I just started oxygen and have had 3 classes so far. 2 Hot Freedom Flow yoga classes with Neveah, and I just did my first Hot Tone and sculpt class with Katie. At the end of the class I was brought to tears of love because I feel that I’ve finally found a fitness routine that I connect with. The guy at the front desk is also very friendly and helpful! (Sorry I forget his name) I’m so happy I tried out oxygen, and I don’t see myself looking back. If you are someone on the journey of self love, and mind body and soul connection, I highly recommend!

Opinion: Wow , Veronique is amazing ! I started my journey with her in Dec.2018 when she did my practical exam for becoming a fitness instructor specialist. I then took her Circus Arts Leader Certification last weekend and I oved it! Veronique is a wonderful person to be around , she is very upbeat , energetic , inclusive, kind and knowledgeable . Her classes are well structured and informative. I would highly recommend her for any of her various classes. I can’t wait to see what she offers next ! 😀

Opinion: I tried out studio 108 with the unlimited 2 week trail membership and I was very impressed! The studio is calming and inviting, it’s brand new as well so its very clean and organized. I attended sound healing, yoga, yogalates and mat pilates and every class was bang on! The teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable and the owners are lovely! I 10 out of 10 recommend Studio 108 and will continue my practice here. 🙂
