  • Opinion: I have been looking for a place exactly like this, finally it’s here!! I did the Hot tone and Sculpt class and stayed for the Hot freedom flow after, both with Carol, both great workouts. The room is hot, as hot yoga should be, the atmosphere is relaxed but not uptight, loved the lighting and music as well. Had a great workout and feeling so energized and relaxed. Extremely satisfied and excited to go many times a week. Reposting a couple of months later, still as happy with my workouts at Oxygen Orleans. Early mornings with Ashley are the most energizing way to start my day. I’ve also become pain free, had hip issues causing pain daily and since I’ve been coming here, it’s been 100% better, very grateful, strengthening and stretching are working miracles on my body. I’ve also been told my skin glows, bonus! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to feel good and healthy!
