  • Opinion: I highly recommend this studio. Kristen offers a variety of classes from core work, stretching, and full body workout to bellydancing and chair choreo. Her classes are always fun, professional, and well paced. She is well versed in how to ensure you are getting an appropriate workout for your level of fitness (from newbie to advanced) and teaching how to do each exercise effectively and safely. Yoy get a fantastic exercise and feel great while having fun.

  • Opinion: Such a lovely Pilates studio! Friendly instructors, clean studio and well kept equipment. I’ve been wanting to find a Pilates studio and glad I came across sweat happy pilates. Tried it for the first time and will definitely buy the class packages and return as a regular!

  • Opinion: Willow studio is a relaxation haven! I highly recommend it for anyone requiring mind and body restoration. We all deserve a break from life’s stressors and this is the perfect place to find it. The instructors are amazing, as are the staff (Katie, you are an incredibly kind and lovely person). Absolutely everyone is welcoming, nonjudgmental and very sweet and empathetic. I am new to this experience of showing kindness to myself and looking after my own needs. I didn’t know what to expect, but I got acceptance and peace and love from all these girls, including the ones who I have had the privilege of sharing classes with. We don’t all know each other, and yet I feel like I have a new and accepting family. Thank you to Willow Studio for providing me and others a place to let go and just be. You are all an amazing group of women and I am most grateful.
