- Opinion: I have been going here for under a year. I love the classes, the energy of the instructors and the guests. They offer a wide range of varying class types and time slots to accommodate all sorts of schedules from classes starting at 6:30am to 7pm. It is an all women’s fitness place/program, each instructor brings their own personality, grit and charm. Its truly such a fun and charming environment where frequenters and regulars become friends with the staff. Best way to take advantage of the classes is to use their app to waitlist, book and change classes. You can book classes weeks / months in advance too for those who have a strict schedule. The app works best for me for last minute and far in advance scheduling.
