I used to focus on heavy weight lifting at the gym and always ended up with many injuries over time. After some time at Pilates Pro my approach is now about form, body position and isolation of specific muscles. The workouts are very intense but also fun and I leave every class feeling better about myself. My core is much stronger thanks to Pilates Pro
