• Opinion: I don’t leave reviews but this needs to be said – thank you so very much, Core Connection. I can honestly say today has been one of the biggest blessings. Had my very first class & let me just tell you, I am overwhelmed with relief. Just last week I was disheartened with the idea that the quality of my life would rapidly decline if I couldn’t even begin to bend down to my toes, never mind release my shoulder tension from the office chair. For so many years now I had tried stretching consistently & have been active all my life. But that’s what was so bothersome, with so much discipline, I was still so locked. But today has given me the confidence and reassurance I needed to keep faith as it does get better, I feel as if I could jump into a squat right now (!!!!). Great experience, cozy atmosphere, amazing instructor & a massive blessing – it doesn’t get any better.

• Opinion: Local Barre is one of my favourite places to be. The friendly and welcoming people combined with the adorable and comfortable atmosphere create the most amazing workout experience. The music is always great and the workouts are challenging and fun. A barre class can make any day an amazing day. Love them so much!

• Opinion: I have been going to Session for a few months now, and let me tell you, it’s been an amazing way for me to stay motivated! The instructors are amazing. Definitely take a class with Rachel and Janelle. You won’t regret it! They offer a variety of classes that suit varying needs. From light exercise classes to more intense cardio heavy classes, I guarantee you will walk out feeling more rejuvenated and better than before. Try it out!

• Opinion: I have been working out at Oxygen Yoga South for the past three years. This summer I attended classes every morning for five days a week. As an educator of 23 years, I can honestly say that the instructors at Oxygen South top notch! They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and just plain old fun. I look forward to classes every day. The classes are always challenging and have increased my well-being both mentally and physically. I consider my instructors to be friends and are like a little family to me. Oxygen South is an extremely positive and supportive community and I’d recommend it to anyone! I love my life;)!

• Opinion: Andrea and Kate are both amazing pilates teachers and Thai yoga massage therapists. I really love practicing yoga with them and Thai yoga massage at Niche has become an important part of my life. The classes are suitable for all levels and the culture is respectful and fun. I would highly recommend Niche.
