After training with Jemark, I feel my posture has improved and I have become stronger and more toned. The studio space is clean and private and Jemark is always punctual. Iโ€™ve tried a variety of classes and instructors, each with their own style, and all with a focus on helping students get the best experience possible. I love the hands on corrections because I know the instructors are watching to make sure Iโ€™m doing things safely and effectively. As a bonus, the studio is lovely and the front desk staff are brilliant. Cannot wait for my next round of classes!
